The Parks Division is responsible for developing, operating, and maintaining the City’s park and recreation system, which enriches the quality of life for our residents and visitors alike, and to maintain the system for future generations.
The City of Trenton uses groundwater as its source to supply its consumers. Prior to 2006, The City of Trenton pumped its water directly into the distribution system from the wells. The quality of the groundwater is so high that it only needed the addition of fluoride (for dental health) and chlorine (for disinfection).
